We are recruiting an IoT Connectivity Coordinator to join our team based in Hyllie, Malmo.

What will you be doing in this role?

As an IoT Connectivity Coordinator at Tunstall Healthcare, the key responsibilities of the role are to Coordinate, manage and improve operational activities towards IoT connectivity suppler/operator, along with monitoring/acting on SIM cards usage and costs.

The Ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a technical role within a mobile phone vendor/operator or at a network operator.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience of working in the IoT business.

• Good knowledge of cellular communication and/or mobile core network, including             GSM, UMTS and LTE signalling and procedures.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, IPsec/VPN

• Good analytical skills

• Experience in Incident processes and management

• Experience from running and coordinating projects, that are both technical and                   business centric

• Good working knowledge of English essential (other European languages would be an       advantage)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate operational governance towards all IoT connectivity suppliers/operators

• Incident and Problem follow up
• SIM logistics and lifetime follow up

• Problem/Incident Manager for connectivity related incidents (and 2nd line support)

• Alignment with Regional IoT Connectivity support and operational teams

• Alignment with Sourcing and Production for SIM ordering and delivery accuracy

• Alignment with Financial and Billing teams for SIM card cost follow up

• Drive process and solution improvement work in area of IoT Connectivity

• Daily monitor SIM usage and fleet, both from technical and financial purpose

• Proactively work to minimize SIM card cost waste
• Identify products with problematic behaviour

• Provide statistics and reports within Tunstall (technical and financial)

• Support the different Financial teams with SIM bill reports and review
